📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of heavy equipment and transport vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Optimize routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate logistics infrastructure with manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles, and oversee repairs when necessary.
• Manage fuel and other operational costs, ensuring they are within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing heavy equipment and transport vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in fleet management or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
