📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of food in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.,Manage and mentor a team of commis chefs, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.,Maintain accurate records of food usage, inventory, and waste.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized, with all equipment in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of commis chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
