📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
