📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus in collaboration with the restaurant management.,Supervise and train a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, promoting efficiency and safety.,Participate in culinary competitions and events to showcase the restaurant's culinary expertise.,Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing and training culinary staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
