📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
