Bengkel Sari Coffee is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate the restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and bartenders.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
