📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students to address their emotional, behavioral, and social needs.,Assess students' mental health status and develop personalized support plans.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide comprehensive support to students.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other programs to promote mental health and well-being.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling services and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in child psychology and counseling.,Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.,Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.,Relevant work experience in child psychology, counseling, or a similar role.,Valid certification or license as a School Counselor or Psychologist, if required by law.,Strong knowledge of child development and mental health issues.,Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
