📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all maritime documents, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and other related documents.,Review and approve all documentation submitted by the shipping department to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.,Coordinate with the shipping department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to maritime documents.,Maintain and update the company's maritime documentation system to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with international standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on maritime documentation and compliance requirements.,Stay up-to-date with changes in international maritime regulations and ensure the company's documentation practices are in line with these changes.,Assist in the development and implementation of new maritime documentation procedures and systems.,Represent the company in maritime documentation matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Law, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime documentation and compliance.,In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.,Strong understanding of maritime terminology and documentation practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with maritime documentation software and systems is a plus.
