📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.,Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.,Automate test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and accuracy.,Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including test summaries, defect reports, and performance metrics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA and performance testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA and performance testing, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.,Proven experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.,Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
