📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise store staff.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain store reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or retail operations.,Strong knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
