📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including implementing backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
