📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
