📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory audits and other quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
