📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and practices.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
