📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
  • Plan and schedule vehicle usage to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle performance, usage, and maintenance.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.
  • Provide regular reports on vehicle status and performance to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
