As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all human resource activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Bilingual in Indonesian and English is a plus.
