As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing information about our services and facilities.,Answer and direct customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and interactions.,Coordinate with service advisors to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery.,Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as necessary.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
