📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve our HR objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Partner with senior management to develop and implement training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
