CV Melati Usaha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of maintaining a secure environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and prevent potential security threats.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.,Train and supervise junior security guards to ensure high standards of security.,Conduct background checks on new employees and contractors.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in security management or a related field is preferred.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid ID and security clearance.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
