📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage new product concepts for the perfume line,Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends,Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure product quality and innovation,Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery,Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch,Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards,Lead and mentor junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Perfumery, Chemistry, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the perfume industry,Strong understanding of perfumery and fragrance chemistry,Proven track record of successful product development,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
