In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the hiring process.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
