📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor restaurant performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service strategies.
