📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Promote and participate in company events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
