Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.,Monitor project progress and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deliverables.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that projects are aligned with market demands.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.,Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
