Erajaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in the Bali Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and preparation of sites for telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a proven track record in site acquisition and project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the acquisition and preparation of sites for telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including landowners, local governments, and utility providers, to secure site locations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits for site acquisition and preparation.,Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of potential site locations.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.,Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition and project management, preferably in the telecommunications or digital infrastructure industry.,Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and its regulatory environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing site acquisition and preparation projects.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
