Warung Fajar Digital is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical content,Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy,Work with designers and developers to create user-friendly documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and other stakeholders with technical documentation,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Strong organizational and project management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
