📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Manage a team of warehouse staff and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with logistics and supply chain management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
