Your daily routine will include cleaning and maintaining our facilities, which include indoor courts, locker rooms, and outdoor areas. You’ll work in a team environment, collaborating with other staff to keep our complex in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and maintain indoor courts, locker rooms, and outdoor areas using specialized cleaning equipment and products.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the facilities are ready for daily operations and events.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the designated staff for prompt resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a sports or commercial environment.
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within Surabaya.
• Passion for sports and a customer-focused approach.
