📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP software.
- Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Proficient in using SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
