📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to process financial transactions accurately
- Generate and analyze reports on collections and financial performance
- Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit collections or financial management
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
