📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using SAP SuccessFactors.
Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Handle employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP).
Proven experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
