📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the import process, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics.
• Ensure all import documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to streamline import operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with import regulations and trade policies.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, import permits, and other required documentation.
• Track and manage import orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the import team, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade policies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
