📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire land development process, from initial assessment to final cultivation.
• Design and implement comprehensive land development strategies, focusing on sustainability and profitability.
• Utilize GIS software and CAD tools to analyze land suitability and plan infrastructure development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for new land development projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, with a proven track record in agricultural expansion projects.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and environmental standards in Papua.
• Proficiency in GIS software, CAD tools, and project management software such as MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Certification in Sustainable Agriculture or Environmental Management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
