We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and supporting the finance team in achieving company goals.
As an Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth. You will use tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data, and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Work with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Use tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the finance team in achieving company goals.
- Work on a variety of projects that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
