In this role, you will handle daily financial transactions, prepare monthly financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will also be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and HR teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting and HR, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
