📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Oversee the investigation and reporting of all incidents, near-misses, and accidents, ensuring that lessons are learned and implemented.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, ensuring that we meet or exceed our targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS trends, technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with our team.
• Represent AEM Microtronics at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote our EHS initiatives and learn from others in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or a similar qualification.
• Strong knowledge of local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in the use of EHS management software, such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team.
